Purchase

Products are available for sale through our website via PayPal. We accept credit card payments through PayPal online - should you wish to purchase using direct bank deposit or money order, please contact us with your order and we will invoice you. For wholesale enquiries please contact us.

Shipping

We ship internationally as well as within Australia. We will usually ship within seven days. If for some reason we are not able to do so, we will contact you. We use Australia Post (registered) for all postage. If express postage is required, this can be arranged if you contact us. Relevant charges will apply.
We love to recycle and reuse everything we can so your parcel will most likely be shipped using pre-used packaging and recycled paper. They're sometimes not the prettiest packages but are certainly the kindest to the environment.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless you receive damaged goods. All items must be retuned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Used items cannot be returned.
